How long does the laundry take?

24-hour turnaround. Book before 12pm and we pick up the same day, returning everything washed, dried and folded the next morning.

How does your pricing work?

We don't charge by weight. Pick a bag size — The Daily (10kg, $70), The Standard (15kg), or The Household (20kg) — fill it as much as you like, and that's the price.

Do you wash bedding separately from clothes?

Yes. Bedding and linen are washed in dedicated machines, fully separate from clothing. Pet items are washed separately again in pet-only machines.

What detergents do you use?

Premium eco-certified detergents as standard. Hypoallergenic and fabric-softener add-ons available at booking. Pet items use pet-safe detergents only.

Do you offer same-day pickup?

Yes. Book before 12pm and we'll collect the same day. Your laundry is returned the next morning.

Weekly retainer pricing for businesses with predictable laundry volume. Each tier covers pickup, wash, dry, fold, and return. Linen rental available as an add-on (POA, see below).

Small. Up to 10 hours of weekly volume. From $220/week. 48hr rolling turnaround.
Medium. Up to 20 hours of weekly volume. From $320/week. 48hr rolling turnaround.
Large. Up to 40 hours of weekly volume. From $450/week. 48hr rolling turnaround.

All retainer pricing locked under a written service agreement. 7 days notice to cancel. No exit fees.

Wash, dry & fold by the kilo.

For commercial clients without the volume for a retainer. From $6.50/kg, 10 kg minimum per pickup, 24-hour turnaround. Per-kg pricing is quoted on the day, billed via Xero.

Airbnb & short-stay turnover.

Same-day turnover for hosts who need a property reset between bookings. Sheets, towels, doona covers, returned pressed and ready to make.

Per property turnover. From $135 flat. Same-day delivery if booked before 9 am.
Extra bed in property. +$45 each.

Commercial linen rental.

Towels, sheets, doona covers — supplied, washed, returned, on a weekly cycle. From $1.20/item/week on a written contract. Quote based on inventory, frequency, and substitution rate.

Sports clubs & community groups.

POA — quoted per club. Match-day turnarounds, branded bag presentation, end-of-season deep cleans. Ask about not-for-profit rates.
