What suburbs of Brisbane do you cover?

We're inner-city Brisbane only — New Farm, Teneriffe, Fortitude Valley, the Brisbane CBD, West End, South Brisbane, Fairfield, Yeronga and Yeerongpilly. Tight focus, premium service.

How long does the laundry take?

24-hour turnaround. Book before 12pm and we pick up the same day, returning everything washed, dried and folded the next morning.

How does your pricing work?

We don't charge by weight. Pick a bag size — The Daily (10kg, $70), The Standard (15kg), or The Household (20kg) — fill it as much as you like, and that's the price.

Do you wash bedding separately from clothes?

Yes. Bedding and linen are washed in dedicated machines, fully separate from clothing. Pet items are washed separately again in pet-only machines.

What detergents do you use?

Premium eco-certified detergents as standard. Hypoallergenic and fabric-softener add-ons available at booking. Pet items use pet-safe detergents only.

Do you offer same-day pickup?

Yes. Book before 12pm and we'll collect the same day. Your laundry is returned the next morning.

Daily. is a Brisbane-only service. We currently service the following suburbs:

If your suburb isn't listed, email hello@dailylaundry.net before booking — we can sometimes accommodate addresses just outside the standard zone, and we're expanding monthly.

We do not ship laundry internationally or interstate. If you're outside Brisbane, you can't book us — your checkout will be blocked.

When we pick up and deliver

Pickup window. We collect between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on your scheduled collection day. You don't need to be home — leave your Daily. bag at your agreed pickup spot before 3:00 PM.

Delivery window. Your laundry comes back the next day, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

We send you SMS/email confirmations at pickup and delivery, including a photo at drop-off when you're not home.

How pickup and delivery work

You'll get a reusable Daily. bag after your first order (or as part of your subscription start). Fill it with laundry, leave it at the agreed pickup spot before 3:00 PM, and we'll handle the rest.

If you're a subscriber, your pickup day stays the same every cycle. You can change it from your account portal up to 24 hours before your next scheduled collection.

If we miss you

If we attempt pickup and can't access the bag (locked gate, no clear pickup spot, address issue), we'll contact you and automatically skip the cycle at no charge. Your subscription continues from the next scheduled collection.

If we attempt delivery and can't reach your nominated drop spot, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative drop or hold your laundry safely until you can collect it.

If you're not home for delivery

Default is contactless delivery to your front door (or another safe location you've specified at booking). Once delivered to your nominated location, your laundry is your responsibility. We email you a delivery photo for your records.

If you'd prefer a hand-to-hand delivery, tell us at booking and we'll arrange a window with you.

Same-day rush service

Same-day turnaround is available. Book by 10:00 AM on the day you want collection — we'll pick up during our standard 3:00–6:00 PM window and deliver later the same evening. A rush fee of AUD $20 applies on top of your service price. Subject to availability and weather.

Costs

Local pickup and delivery within our service area is included in every booking — there is no separate delivery fee at checkout. Service prices are listed on each product page.

Public holidays

We don't operate on Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, or Anzac Day morning. If your scheduled collection falls on one of these days, we'll move it to the next available business day and let you know in advance.
