Cancellation policy
Cancelling your subscription
Daily. subscriptions ("The Routine.") can be cancelled at any time from your account portal in two clicks. No phone call, no retention questionnaire. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be billed for future cycles after cancellation.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your Daily. customer account on dailylaundry.net.
- Open the Subscriptions section.
- Click Cancel subscription on the subscription you want to end.
Your subscription ends immediately. Your next scheduled collection is removed and no further charges are made.
Pausing instead of cancelling
If you just need a break, you can pause your subscription for up to 60 days from the same account portal — no cancellation required.
Refunds on cancelled subscriptions
If a recurring order has already been charged but not yet collected, email hello@dailylaundry.net before pickup and we'll refund in full. If we've already collected your bag, we'll complete the wash and deliver it — no refund applies on completed service. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full detail.
