- 24-hour turnaround. Pickup before 9 am for next-day delivery; before 12 pm for 48-hour return.

Inner south and inner north Brisbane:

Out of zone? $15 flat surcharge — surfaced at booking, never hidden. Beyond a reasonable radius, we'll suggest a local provider rather than under-deliver.
Cut-offs.
- Same-day pickup. Book before 12 pm.
- Next-day return. Pickup completed before 9 am.
- 48-hour return. Pickup completed before 12 pm.
- Express same-day return. Available as a +$25 add-on, subject to capacity, booked before 9 am.
Public holidays.
Pickups paused on Queensland public holidays. Subscribers are automatically rolled to the next pickup day — no charge for the skipped cycle.
Cancellation by customer.
- Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your pickup window.
- Within 4 hours of pickup: 50% of the order price applies.
- Subscription cancellation: 7 days notice. No exit fees.
Lost or damaged items.
We process tens of thousands of items a year. Almost all of them go home looking better than they arrived. When something goes wrong:
- Replacement value paid same-day on a confirmed claim.
- One free Standard order credited to your account, on top of the replacement.
- Items above $200 covered by our laundry insurance — send a photo and proof of purchase, we'll handle the rest.
Submit a claim within 48 hours of return. Email hello@dailylaundry.net with order number, photos, and a short description.
How weighing works.
Wash, Dry & Fold tiers are weight-banded. You pick a tier at booking based on your estimate. Your bag is weighed at processing.
If your bag crosses into the next tier, we'll message you before charging — you decide whether to upgrade or split the load. Never a surprise.
Excess over 22 kg is billed at +$8/kg, honestly and visibly.
Privacy and data.
Order details, addresses, and payment data are stored securely on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never sell or share customer data with third parties. Subscriber data is processed by Recharge under their privacy policy.
